Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess Eyeshadow Palette.

Summer collections in the beauty world have to be my favourites, and the Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess release is always perfection to me. This year I got my hands on the eyeshadow palette and it has lived up to all my expectations. The palette consists of eight shades, 5 of which are satin finish warm neutral shades while there are three shimmer shades that can really change the looks you can achieve.

For anyone that loves a neutral eye this palette is definitely worth a look at, the shades are super blendable and easy to work with. There is the dark brown shimmer if you want to go from day to night aswell as an olive green which im loving putting on the lower lashline to change up an everyday look.

If you're thinking about trying a new eyeshadow palette this season I would highly recommend giving this one a go, its got such versatile shades and has a lovely formula.

Dior: Fairy Grey

As soon as all the Spring collections come out in the make-up world I get really excited, it's always my favourite season as the shades are usually soft, pretty tones that are easy to wear. This year my immediate attention went to the Dior stand where their collection just stood out to me, and all because one product in particular. I'm not someone who would normally spend such a splurge on one eyeshadow but this was so incredible that I just had to have it.

The shade is Fairy Grey and is probably the most beautiful shadow in my collection. Grey is typically a colour I will avoid as it just seems to do nothing for me however this is completely different and it definitely lives up to its Fairy connotations.
The actually shade is extremely hard to describe and does not pick up on camera anything like it does in person. It is a light grey with different coloured sparkles, which when applied wet makes it go a lilac shade on me and just brightens up my eyes.

If you are a fan of anything sparkley this is the eyeshadow for you! It is basically fairy dust infused haha! Of course the packaging is to die for and feels like pure luxury - the product comes in a box and is then wrapped in a dark blue velvet sleeve making it feel even more special.
I was definitely sceptical about buying something this expensive but I am so glad that I bit the bullet as it is just perfection. I would recommend using it wet as the pigmentation is much higher and gives a really pearlescent effect, or if used dry it just adds a sheer layer of glitter that could boost an everyday look.

Mac BollyDoll Brush Roll.

During December I found myself forgetting about Mac and all of its collections on its website and looking into different brands, however last week I went on to order a lipstick and saw this new collection called BollyDoll and with it a release of limited edition brush roll containing five of Mac's bestsellers! As soon as I saw the set contained five of their brushes I was thinking it was going to cost a complete fortune but to my absolute surprise it only cost £42 which for all of that didnt seem to bad.

The actual brush roll is a satin material with a really pretty print, it is then held shit by tying a black satin bow around it. Once opened you can see the five brushes included which are covered by a plastic cover with the brands on the top, I really liked that it had this cover as it stops the brushes from getting as dirty.

The set contains:
168 - Angled Contour Brush
217 - Blending Brush
239 - Eye Shader Brush
219 - Pencil Brush
204 - Lash Brush

I'm so happy with this set, especially for the price, apart from the lash brush I have wanted all of the others for ages and to be able to get them in a set and cheaper is just an amazing deal! I would recommend this set if you are wanting to start with Mac brushes as it has some real cult classics and will cost alot less than buying them separate plus you get the brush roll which I think looks really lovely and is great for travel.

Let me know if you've tried anything new lately, please leave any comments below I read every one and will reply to any questions.

Current Loves: Lipsticks

I have a love, (some may say obsession) for make-up and everything about it, I enjoy experimenting with new products and colours all the time. However I have a weakness, one that I have to admit is pretty extensive... Lipsticks. They are by far my favourite beauty product as you can switch them up so easily and there are so many different kinds/colours that you can never have to many right?

Today though I have decided to pick 5 that I'm really enjoying right now, this was no easy task as I really do wear a different shade everyday but these were the 5 I have reached for more than others especially over the past few weeks or so.

1. Bourjous Velvet Rouge Edition in Nude-ist - These to me are the perfect liquid lipstick, they are matte but dont go patchy or overly dry, they glide on beautifully and the colour pay off is amazing! This shade has been an absolute love for me recently as its a mauvey nude, super pretty all year round, and if you're looking for the Kylie Jenner lip without having to splurge at the Mac counter this is well worth a go.

2. Revlon Lip Butter in Juicy Papaya - I have ALOT of these so it was hard to pick a shade, especially when there is normally at least one in my handbag at all times. This shade has been more of a summer staple, they are alot more sheer than they look so this gives a glossy coral look to the lips which I really like with a bronzed make-up look.

3. Mac in Rebel - I have mentioned this lipstick so much recently but I cant help my obsession its just such a beautiful shade and pretty much the perfect colour for autumn/winter. I like how this one almost stains your lips and does not budge at all, I would love it to be in a cremesheen formula just because I get really dry lips but other than that its a complete staple for me.

4. L'Oreal Privee Nudes in Julianne - Another shade I have talked about recently, this is my go to nude pink, I use this one alot as it goes with basically any make-up look, I even like to put it on when I'm not wearing anything else if I'm popping to the shops as it just makes me look healthier, this shade really does something to my skintone, and the formula is so good for the price, my absolute favourite drugstore lipstick.

5. YSL Rouge Volupte Shine in 13 - Now this is my forever and always favourite lipstick, it is to me the perfect pink, the formula is just beautiful, the colour lasts and when it does wear off it does so evenly and leaves my lips still with a pink sheen. It is a pricey product but if I had to throw all my other lipsticks away and keep one this would be sat in my make-up bag, plus the packaging is just beautiful and I am abit of a magpie!

Let me know your favourite lipstick in the comments below, I read and reply to everyone!
