The Autumn Edit.

For my second post of the day it's just a quick one! I recently realised that I had subconciously changed my everyday makeup due to the new season without even really noticing, these are products that aren't the classic bold berrys but are the more soft warm tones that brighten the skin up.

As I have a large Mac palette and a quad I tend to swap the quad round with whichever are my most used shades at the current time and recently those have been Paradisco, Mythology, Coppering and Antiqued all of which fall into the orange/rust kind of tones which are perfect for this time of year.
In terms of face products I tend to change up my blush shades and in this case I have been picking up Clinique's blush in Ginger Pop which again is a rich deep orange/bronze shade, I also used this in the summer with golds so this is a all year round kind of colour. On top of that if im feeling like I want more of a glow I use the Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick in Nectar - again the orange shade but with more pink that adds a natural glow to the skin.
Finally for lips and for this I tend to change up on a daily basis but I have been putting the Charlotte Tilbury lipgloss in Ibiza Nights over basically everything aswell as on its own, the gloss adds a sheer wash of nude with gold that enhances the lips when the lights hits them - absolutely stunning!

Let me know of any Autumn staples that are worth picking up in the comments below, I read every one and will reply to any questions - Thanks for reading!

Little Bit of Sparkle.

Over the past few months I've not had much time to experiment and try out new make-up looks so when the chance came I took full advantage and came up with a gold/bronzey look that adds a bit of sparkle to an everyday look. For a base I used a L'Oreal Colour Riche in the shade Golden Nude, these shadows are super pigmented and are even better when used wet. I then used a Dior Fusion Mono in the shade Mirror which is the most beautiful iridescent gold that catches the light and intensifies the L'Oreal underneath. To finish the look I used the red shade in Charlotte Tilbury's Dolce Vita palette in the outer corners and blended slightly with the bronze glitter shade.

The intensity of the sparkle doesn't show up very well on camera but the gold is super pretty with a winged liner. I really enjoyed being able to do something abit different, I think I'll be wearing this look quite abit in the summer as the bronze colours should look abit better with a tan. I think its definitely worth trying something new and abit out of your comfort zone, I will be trying different looks more often.

Would love to know what you guys think about this look, I read every comment and will reply to any questions!

My Gym Face.

Ok so I am bracing myself for a slap on the wrist for writing this post but I know from going to the gym that I am not the only girl that puts a little something on her face before working out so I figured I would do a post about what I use and what I have found to not cause any breakouts or look like a hot mess (quite literally) when I leave.

So the main thing I will always wear is a tinted moisturiser, I either use the YSL Skintone Perfector or the Estee Lauder Sheer Tint as they provide light coverage that looks after my skin but evens it out at the same time. I use this as it doesnt really feel like makeup and isn't like wearing Double Wear for instance - it lets the skin breathe while giving that extra bit of confidence.

Concealer is not something I will always wear, but if I'm having a particularly rough patch with my skin and either have some blemishes that are crazy obvious or dark circles that make me look like I haven't slept in 10 years then I will reach for my Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer, this one is lightweight but great coverage and doesn't look cakey or thick.

Staying with Bourjois and their Healthy Mix range, their powder is a staple for me everyday no matter what makeup look I am wearing, however all I do when I go to the gym is dust a little over my T-Zone just to keep the base from sliding around and it just keeps it looking fresh.

This next step is super optional and definitely depends on how good the shape of your brows are but mine are just loving making my life difficult right now so I pretty much rely on the L'Oreal Brow Artiste to keep them looking somewhat reasonable, however if I was blessed with good brows I would skip this step.

I pretty much always wear mascara, I'm not particularly faithful to just one, I do really love Lancome Hypnose but will try others and at the moment I'm giving the new Maybelline Lash Sensational a go and I do actually really like it, its not my absolute favourite but does lengthen my lashes quite abit which is nice when you want a more natural look - I'm pretty sure you could add a couple of coats for more vampy looks but I haven't tried that yet.

Lastly is a lip balm of some sort, I've put my Dior Lip Maximiser is the picture as its the one I use pretty much constantly right now. I do however use anything that I know will keep my lips moisturised and comfortable for a decent amount of time without being greasy or sticky.

So that's it for my 'gym face' products, I know that you really shouldn't wear any make-up when working out and embrace the naked face but if you're not feeling quite so confident I think finding products that will let your skin breathe, keep it moisturised and aren't pore blocking are the best way to go.

Let me know if you have any products you would recommend, I read every comment and will reply to any questions

Mini Haul

So this past week all the promotions changed at work meaning all new offers on make-up and this month there are some really great buys that I had to get my hands on! Everything I bought is from Superdrug apart from one item which I will talk about at the end.

1. L'Oreal Nude Magique Eau De Teint Foundation - I've always liked L'Oreal as a brand and the True Match foundation is fast becoming a holy grail for me however this particular base never really caught my eye as it was £9.99 which for 20ml is abit steep considering its a highstreet brand. But now it is only £4.99 which to me is super afforable and well worth a go, I have tried it once and do like it, the texture reminds me of the new YSL Fusion Ink but is more sheer coverage.

2. L'Oreal Collection Nudes in 'Eva' - I already have two of the other shades from this collection and one of the reds, they all have such a lovely formula and wear really nicely. Also now down to £4.99 I couldn't resist picking one up, this is a more peachy brown nude and looks great with a tan.

3. Revlon Colourburst Balm Stain in 'Honey' - A blogger favourite and one that I have had my eyes on for a while but never actually bit the bullet. This is a really pretty nude pink that is great for everyday, a 'my lips but better' shade that is sheer and comfortable to wear. All Revlon lip products are £5 so I can see my collection getting a little bigger over the next month...

4. Max Factor Colour Elixir Lip Liner in 'Brown n Nude' - I'm currently in a bit of a lipliner craze at the moment, (im blaming Kylie Jenner for this!) These from Max Factor are super creamy and pigmented, this shade is as it says a nude brown shade, pretty much what it says on the tin.

5. Bourjois Healthy Mix Powder - This is just a rebuy of my favourite face powder, the formula of this is just amazing, it lasts all day on my skin and doesn't go cakey at all. The finish is really natural and mixes well with all of my foundations.

6. Milani Baked Blush in 'Luminoso' - My random purchase is this beautiful blush from Milani, I actually found this on Amazon and have had it in my basket for a while now and have read so many reviews about how great it looks on the skin. This is a peach shade with a gold sheen running through it that when applied to the skin just looks really natural.

So thats my haul, I will be reviewing some of the products over the next couple of weeks, let me know of anything youre loving right now and would recommend. I read all the comments and will reply to any questions.

2014 Favourites

Where has this year gone? I cant quite believe its time to write this post, but here we are days before we enter 2015 and start a whole new year! I decided that instead of doing a December favourites I would do a 2014 favourites, as there is quite a few things that I have really loved this year and think they are worth a mention. I have got a few beauty products first (obviously!) and then just a couple of random ones that I've just really enjoyed.

First off I'll start with the base products that I have found this year and are now complete staples in my everyday routine. L'Oreal's True Match was blogger influenced by reading such amazing things and needing a cheaper alternative to my YSL bases I chose to give this a go and I LOVE it! The finish is so lovely and is buildable without going cakey, it doesn't move all day and the shade match is just amazing. Secondly I picked up The Time Balm Concealer by TheBalm, this is a high cover concealer in a pot and literally covers everything, I use this everyday even if I dont wear base. Finally I started using the Maybelline Eraser Eye in the clear and red packaging about 2 years ago and loved it, I had hear about the lightening one but it was impossible to find in the UK until earlier this year a guy who runs a make-up stall in a market near me had a full basket of them so I had to pick one up (or 3...) the finish of this is so beautiful, and gives a really awakened look under the eyes.

L-R: Chic, Aurora, Exotic Island, Heart Skips a Beat, Misltoe Kisses, Enchanted Forest.
Now this represents a whole brand, the Tanya Burr Cosmetics collection has to be my favourite releases of 2014; From the nail varnishes to lipglosses to eyelashes, I love them all. The lipglosses do have an edge for me though, as I'm not the biggest fan of the whole hair stuck to face effect I tend to give them a miss, but these are so lovely and feel really moisturising. My favourite shade is definitely Enchanted Forest, this over Mac's Rebel has been my most used lip combination in December.

My last beauty favourite is this perfume from Next called Gold. I picked this up at the start of December just looking for one I can wear everyday and not worry about the price tag as this 75ml set was £14!
Top Notes: Grapefruit, Mandarin
Heart: Ylang Ylang, Muguet
Base: Musk, Amber
As soon as I saw the notes of this perfume I had to give it a go it just sounded like a fragrance I would love, and I wasn't wrong. this goes to a really warm sweet scent on me without going down the candy scent route. The amber is probably the most prominent note on me and lasts for such a long time. I would recommend Next scents to anyone, their range is great and for such an affordable price.

For my first non-beauty product I had to feature this Yankee Candle scent. Candy Cane Lane has to be my all time favourite candle scent ever! And that is saying alot, I have already burnt 2 of the Votive versions of this and have a back up plus these two jars (yes im obsessed) I just cant get enough of the sweet mint scent that it gives, really festive and also quite fresh. The best way for me to describe this is probably the smell of an After Eight chocolate, just that subtle mint wrapped in a real sweetness, just lovely.

Finally is Ed Sheeran's album X, this album is always on repeat, no matter what mood I'm in I just find this so relaxing and uplifting. My favourite songs off the album would probably be, Thinking Out Loud, Tenerife Sea and Afire Love, all beautiful and just lovely songs.

So thats it for my 2014 favourites, I have loved loads of things this year but didnt want to make this post so long to read you would be here till 2016! I hope you've had a great Christmas and have a fantastic New Year, let me know any of your 2014 favourites in the comments below, I read every one and reply to any questions.

See you next year!

Fuller Lips.

After this summer the fuller Kylie Jenner lip obsession has been in full swing and we all want to be able to achieve the same look, however she may be denying it but there is no way that is all natural and the crazy overlining is not something that we should all try to pull off. So with that in mind, how do we achieve this look without smeering gloss up to our nose? Well I think I've found a way that enhance your natural lips, I like using this routine as it just makes my lips look fuller and healthier but not to the point of fake.

If I do go for that fuller lip look I tend to only do natural shades as I think it looks less intense than a red lip for instance, the steps I use can be put with any shade at all and if you are more confident with your lip colours then it should work just as nicely.

I always start with a lip liner and my favourite is the Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner in the shade Eastend Snob, its a really creamy consistency and is a neutral rose toned pink, I make sure I line my lips precisely and emphasise the cupids bow I then blend the liner with my ring finger so it doesnt have such a bold line.

For the next step I use a lipstick, I never tend to use a matte finish for this look but thats just my preference, so the one I use is the L'Oreal Privee Nude in Cheryl's shade which is a satin finish beige tone. I really like the formula of these they feel really moisturising on the lips and have a nice finish that even on their own look great with a smokey eye.

The last step I use is a gloss, I tend to pick a tone that really matches the lipstick I'm using so at the moment I'm constantly picking up Urban Decay's Naked Gloss in the shade Naked which is a nude toned gloss with small shimmer in that doesnt look like glitter but looks really beautiful when the light hits it. These glosses are super nourishing aswell and arent sticky which is something that puts me off gloss most of the time as the whole hair stuck to your face look is not one I'm too keen on.

So those are my three easy steps to get fuller looking lips, I'm really enjoying this look at the moment especially with Christmas parties coming up when I love to do a bolder eye and need something simple for my lips.

Let me know if you have any tips on to make your lips look fuller, I read every comment and reply to any questions.

In a Rush Make-up.

As much as I love trying out different make-up looks and really experimenting, my daily life wont allow me to do it all the time therefore I have my quick and easy routine that takes no more than 10 minutes and is just enough for days when you need to run out to the shops or simply dont have much time.
As a quick side note I also use my Mac SF Natural in Medium Plus and a matte cream eyeshadow but completely forgot to put them in the photo!

For base I use the Estee Lauder Daywear Sheer Tint Moisturiser this is two steps in one so it moisturises and primes my face while also adding a sheer cover of colour that is very light coverage but enough to even out skintone and brighten the skin.

I then use my Time Balm Concealer by The Balm, this is a high coverage concealer and will cover anything! I use it everyday no matter what make-up I'm wearing, I use it under my eyes and on any blemishes as although it is high coverage it doesn't feel heavy on my skin.

My eyebrow routine never changes so I use Mac's Brun to fill them in and then brush through them lightly with the L'Oreal Brow Artist Plumper, I've done this routine for a while now so it doesn't take a long time at all but just using the L'Oreal product would be enough if your not too fussed about filling in your brows.

As mentioned at the start of the post I will occasionally use a matte cream eyeshadow (usually UD Foxy) simply just because I prefer the way it looks. I then just add abit of mascara, at the moment I'm loving Lancome's Hypnose it really lengthens my lashes but still leaves them looking natural which is great for an everyday look.

To add a touch of colour to my face I use my Estee Lauder blush is Peach Passion, this is a really pretty peach with a subtle gold shimmer that when applied to the face gives that 'inner glow' effect that just makes you look healthy.

Finally for lips I use a chubby stick, I dont really stick to a particular one but one that I'll leave in my handbag is Clinique's Chubby Stick in Curviest Caramel, which is a warm toned nude and adds enough colour so you dont look ill with minimal make-up. Another shade I use is Peach on the Beach by Bourjois from their chubby stick range.

Thanks for reading, thats my quick and easy routine, let me know if you have any go to products that make getting ready quicker - I read every comment and will reply to any questions

Mini Superdrug Haul

For this haul there is a slight back story so I'm going to try and keep it quick before I make you all fall asleep! Recently Superdrug employees have been able to use their discount for online shopping which in the years I have worked there has been desperately needed especially near Christmas. So the other day I did my first online haul which I will do a post on when it arrives but the certain things or shades I wanted were sold out so today I went and found everything else I wanted including those beautiful lashes!

Cosmetic wise I did the 3 for 2 across all brands and got the L'Oreal True Match foundation, mine is in the shade N2, there was a massive range of these which I really like and this matches me nearly exactly, plus the formula is really nice. I then got another L'Oreal product and that is the Brow Artist Plumper in the shade Medium/Dark, I've been looking for a new way to do my brows as I've just used a mac eyeshadow for years now and want something different. Then finally I got my hands on one of these Sleek Matte Me lip creams as they were all completely sold out online and I got the shade Birthday Suit which is a really beautiful nude.

I have another one of these coming in my online order but I couldnt resist picking one up today and these are the Colab dry shampoos, done by Ruth Crilly who is also known as A Model Recommends. I love this already, I am 100% devoted to my tropical Batiste but as I have dark hair it leaves a talcy appearance that I'm not fond of, but this one doesnt and it smells so good! This one is the Paris scent which is a light floral, I've ordered the Rio one which is supposed to be tropical so if that smells as good as this one I may be converting!

Finally I picked up these beautiful lashes! Tanya Burr cosmetics is by far one of my favourite brands that we have in store and so when I saw these I needed them! These are half lashes which are great for me as I'm not keen on full ones and individuals drive me insane. The ones I picked up are called the Everyday Flutter which she says "these half lashes give a natural, eye opening effect!" I cant wait to try these and I may have ordered a couple more glosses online too.. oops!

Let me know if you've tried anything that I bought and what you thought, I read every comment and will reply to any questions

Red Lips.

By now most of us have put our corals and pinks to the back of our make up drawers and have been favouring those berry tones for Autumn/Winter. I know I have been wearing Mac's Rebel pretty much constantly this month and loving that plummy wine colour; however I have noticed a certain colour going unworn that I have so many beautiful variations of and I couldnt think of a reason as to why I have been neglecting it.

Red is most definitely a bold statement and for those that are shy of bright make up, red lips can often be really intimidating. Personally I love a red lip and think it can really brighten up your complexion and even when you're not wearing much else it can give you a very polished look.

L-R: Revlon 'Candy Apple'... Bourjois 'Red Island'...Mac 'True Loves Kiss'...L'Oreal 'Juliannes Red'... Rimmel 'Red Diva'
So I'll start off with the two most sheer and buildable shades in the collection, Revlon's Candy Apple and Bourjois' Red Island. Both of these shades start with a sheer wash of red which is great for anyone that  wants to try a red lip but doesn't want to go too full on straight away. These are also very moisturising and wear off evenly, I find Candy Apple to be more orange-red which I do prefer but Red Island is also really pretty.

Now for the two lipsticks. Yes I know the Maleficent shade is LE but there are many mac reds that are just beautiful like Ruby Woo and Russian Red, I've included True Loves Kiss to represent the brand just as much as the actual shade as it is just a clean bright red that wouldn't be hard to dupe. Secondly my new absolute love! I fell for the L'Oreal Nudes collection when they came out and now the reds have just stolen my heart. The formula is incredible, the colour is beautiful and the packaging is sleek and compact which basically ticks all my boxes.

Lastly is a liner, Rimmel's Red Diva is part of their Exaggerate range, it's a blue toned red but blends really nicely with any of the shades previously mentioned. It has a creamy formula and even with just this on my lips they dont feel dry or go patchy which is a huge plus for me!

Let me know any of your favourite red shades below, I read and reply to everyone

HUGE Haul!!

So I've recently got back off holiday and have definitely done some damage to my poor bank account! I did pick some of these things from duty free, and the others I have got are either from my work (Superdrug) or Debenhams as they currently have 10% off all beauty so I did make some really good savings! (trying to validate this haul to myself) There is quite a lot to get through so I'll just put short descriptions of each product, if you would like a review post on any of these then please leave a comment below.

First is the Cargo Cosmetics 'Back to Nature' palette; I wasn't planning on buying anymore eyeshadows as my palette collection is getting abit extensive and there isn't many colours that I dont have, however I really like all of these shades and there isn't one thats going untouched which is so unual for a non custom palette. The shades are all really pigmented and blend beautifully, there is a variation of finishes including, matte, metallic, satin and glitter.

Obviously I had to pick up some lip products as they are definitely my weakness! I finally picked up Mac's Creme Cup which I got from duty free and used everyday on holiday, it really is a perfect everyday pink. I then bought one of the new L'Oreal Privee Reds collection lipsticks which is Julianne's, this is the pinkest of the range and is the formula of this lipstick is a-maz-ing! Finally I bought my first Bobbi Brown lipstick in the shade Tulle, again a really lovely everyday shade, and beautiful with a smoked bronze eye.

For face products I had quite a major splurge; after alot of deliberation I persuaded to buy myself the Chanel  Soleil De Tan which is a cream based bronzer and is just beautiful. I decided to try one of Mac's MSF Naturals which is fast becoming my favourite face powder. For a blush I bought an Estee Lauder in Peach Passion, the shade looks much pinker on the camera as its a beautiful coral/peach.

Skincare wise I've tried three new products to me which I have wanted to try but needed to finish others first. I'm super lazy with moisturising my body so I got the Spray & Go by Vaseline to try and make it more convenient and quick for the winter months. The Estee Lauder 3in1 Cleanser is something I've heard alot about and have been excited to try as its difficult to find facial care products that dont cause my sensitive skin to get irritated. Finally I bought the L'Oreal Skin Perfection Serum, I used the BB cream from this range last year and really loved it so hoping that I will enjoy this just as much.

The last items I bought were two perfumes both from duty free, I got Down Town by Calvin Klein which I used to wear at work all the time, it's a really light, pretty scent but has great longevity. I then tried a scent I've never had before, Victoria's Secret's fragrance Victoria, this is super girly and with the base note of Creme Brule, perfect for the winter months!

And thats it! Thanks for reading, please leave any comments below, I read and reply to everyone!

Haircare for Dry Hair

I dont normally post about hair care as although I do buy alot of products I'm nver really that blown away that I feel like writing a post about it, however over the past 18 months I have done alot of damage to my hair through dying it and using heat so in June I had everything stripped and put back to my natural shade at the hairdressers so from then on I've been giving more time to hair products and if they really do what they say on the tin.

1. Dove Nourishing Oil Care - This is my newest find out of the four in the picture and I gave it a go as I love all the other Dove hair range products I have used. You have to shake the oil in the bottle and then just spray it through your hair, you can do this on wet or dry, it creats a mist rather than just random splashes which for me is better as it covers more hair evenly. There is no greasy residue after applying this oil and after putting it on I notice an instant difference.

2. L'Oreal Professional Mythic Oil - I actually bought this at the hairdressers in june and it is lasting so well! You need the tiniest amount and it really smooths my hair. This is a cream oil which is more to my preference as I just prefer the texture. Rather than Argan oil this is Black Cumin oil and I'm finding this to make the most difference out of all of the products but it is the most expensive. An extra to this is that it protects your hair from heat of up to 230 degrees so you can put your haircare and heat protectant on all at once!

3. Urban Fudge 3in1 Miracle Moisture Stuff - I started using this as soon as we had it at my work about a year a go, I really like this and again it is a cream oil. This one does contain Argan oil but is lightweight and smooths out any dry ends or frizz after blowdrying. This one has been put more to the back of my hair products though since buying the L'Oreal Mythic Oil as they are the same product. Price wise this one is a third of the price of the L'Oreal and can go on offer for under £3 which is a complete bargain!

4. L'Oreal Professional Wild Stylers Beach Waves - I have tried so many salt sprays its insane, my hair has a natural wave/curl to it so it doesn't have a hard job to give me the results it promises however this is the only one that I find keeps its look throughout the day and doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy at all. This also smells amazing just reminds me of being on holiday and since I've had this from June it's still going strong.

Let me know of any favourite haircare you use, I read and reply to every comment!

Current Loves: Lipsticks

I have a love, (some may say obsession) for make-up and everything about it, I enjoy experimenting with new products and colours all the time. However I have a weakness, one that I have to admit is pretty extensive... Lipsticks. They are by far my favourite beauty product as you can switch them up so easily and there are so many different kinds/colours that you can never have to many right?

Today though I have decided to pick 5 that I'm really enjoying right now, this was no easy task as I really do wear a different shade everyday but these were the 5 I have reached for more than others especially over the past few weeks or so.

1. Bourjous Velvet Rouge Edition in Nude-ist - These to me are the perfect liquid lipstick, they are matte but dont go patchy or overly dry, they glide on beautifully and the colour pay off is amazing! This shade has been an absolute love for me recently as its a mauvey nude, super pretty all year round, and if you're looking for the Kylie Jenner lip without having to splurge at the Mac counter this is well worth a go.

2. Revlon Lip Butter in Juicy Papaya - I have ALOT of these so it was hard to pick a shade, especially when there is normally at least one in my handbag at all times. This shade has been more of a summer staple, they are alot more sheer than they look so this gives a glossy coral look to the lips which I really like with a bronzed make-up look.

3. Mac in Rebel - I have mentioned this lipstick so much recently but I cant help my obsession its just such a beautiful shade and pretty much the perfect colour for autumn/winter. I like how this one almost stains your lips and does not budge at all, I would love it to be in a cremesheen formula just because I get really dry lips but other than that its a complete staple for me.

4. L'Oreal Privee Nudes in Julianne - Another shade I have talked about recently, this is my go to nude pink, I use this one alot as it goes with basically any make-up look, I even like to put it on when I'm not wearing anything else if I'm popping to the shops as it just makes me look healthier, this shade really does something to my skintone, and the formula is so good for the price, my absolute favourite drugstore lipstick.

5. YSL Rouge Volupte Shine in 13 - Now this is my forever and always favourite lipstick, it is to me the perfect pink, the formula is just beautiful, the colour lasts and when it does wear off it does so evenly and leaves my lips still with a pink sheen. It is a pricey product but if I had to throw all my other lipsticks away and keep one this would be sat in my make-up bag, plus the packaging is just beautiful and I am abit of a magpie!

Let me know your favourite lipstick in the comments below, I read and reply to everyone!

Back To School Make-up

Now September is in full swing, I've been remembering having to get back into getting up at 7am and having snooze on my alarm 7 times before I would actually get up, putting on that dreaded uniform and eventually getting to school in time to start the day. But the one thing I was thinking about was how long I used to take on my make-up because I simply didn't have my go-to products, I would just use whatever and that would take longer as I often wouldn't like the look I came up with, so with that in mind I've decided to write a post on a few products that I would recommend to anyone that is struggling with what to use.

All the products that I used are available at Superdrug so aren't too expensive. First off is my foundation, this isn't my favourite drugstore foundation as I actually prefer Bourjois Healthy Mix but mine is currently packed for holiday so I used the L'oreal Lumi Magique foundation which gives a nice dewy glow. I used a bronzer and highlighter from Make-up Revolution these are amazing value! My concealer is my all time favourite Collection's Lasting Perfection again another bargain. For my powder I used Bourjois' Rice Powder, this is such an incredible product and looks amazing with a dewy finish foundation. For my eyes I used a L'oreal Colour Infallible in Coconut Shake this a matte cream with a slight sheen,  I have actually used a Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Eternal Pink aswell but completely forgot to put that in the photo. For my liner I used the Maybelline Master Smoky in Smoky Chocolate and the mascara was one of my favourite waterproof mascaras as it doesnt budge at all, the Maybelline Great Lash. My eyebrows were the Maybelline Mastershape Brow Pencil, this isn't a product I favour and do much prefer using my Mac eyeshadow but wanted to keep all the products more affordable. And lastly for my lips I used one of the new Baby Lips in Stereo Rose which is super pretty for a sheer hint of colour.

So this is my finished look, it didnt take me long to do this at all, I think about 10 minutes and I'm pretty happy with the result, I think its definitely enough for school or for anyone who wants a quick and easy routine to try out!

Hope you enjoyed this post, please leave any comments below I love reading your thoughts and will reply to everyone!

August Favourites

So we're now into September which means all the berry toned lipsticks come out of their drawers and all the corals go into hiding until next summer however over August I found myself using products I feel I would use all year round and have actually really liked.

The newest item to me is my YSL Fusion Ink foundation (link to review here) which I am LOVING! It's definitely for me a more autumn winter foundation as it is matte so I prefer their Touche Eclat foundation for the summer to give a more glowing dewy look. This foundation is super lightweight and gives a really airbrushed look.

My neutral Mac quad is always a staple in my make up bag along with the Naked palettes however I have found myself reaching for this palette more than any others over the past few weeks. In this palette I have Shroom, Brule, Brown Down and Woodwinked.

For the rest of my make up there has been a pink/nude theme for August, the blush is a YSL limited edition and has two different pink tones one a soft light pink the other a more deep brighter tone. For the lips I have constantly used the L'oreal Privee Julianne's Nude, I have occasionly worn Cheryl's but prefer the pinker tone; Gloss wise I have used two, the first is Estee Lauder in Tempting Tearose which is really lovely nude and the second is a YSL Gloss Volupte in the shade 202 which is a shimmery mid pink which is lovely with the L'oreal lipstick.

So those are some of the products that I have been loving last month, please leave any comments below and I will reply, thanks for reading!
